When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, a tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, so please check your information carefully before completing checkout.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in its original condition.


What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will assist you.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
